Before I ever stepped into a courtroom as an attorney, I did it as a dad. Adopting our first son was one of the greatest joys of my life and the reason I became passionate about helping families adopt. As our family grew, so did my appreciation for planning ahead, leading me to focus on estate planning and guardianship.

Coming from a family of small business owners, I understand the challenges of building and protecting something that matters. My dad, father-in-law, wife, and brothers-in-law all run their own businesses, and I know firsthand the work, risk, and heart that go into it. My small business law practice helps entrepreneurs form, grow, and safeguard their companies through practical, plain-language guidance.
