Small Business Legal Subscription Plan

By subscribing to this legal services plan through Bell Law Co., you agree to the following Terms of Service. This agreement outlines what is included in your monthly subscription, how billing works, and the nature of the attorney-client relationship.

1. Scope of Services

This subscription includes the following:

  • Unlimited legal consultations by phone or email (reasonable use)

  • Review and basic drafting of contracts (e.g., leases, service agreements, employment docs)

  • Employment law guidance (hiring, firing, classification, policy questions)

  • Business formation and structure advice (LLC, S-Corp, etc.)

  • Operating agreement drafting or review

  • Lease and vendor contract review

  • Cease & desist and demand letters

  • Risk and compliance guidance under Arkansas law

  • Access to select legal templates and forms

The subscription is intended for ongoing legal guidance, not one-time projects or litigation.

2. What’s Not Included

This plan does not include:

  • Filing documents with a court, state agency, or government office

  • Representation in lawsuits, administrative hearings, or other legal proceedings

  • Business purchase/sale negotiation or closings

  • Trademark or copyright registration

  • Tax advice (though I may collaborate with your CPA)

  • Any legal services outside the state of Arkansas

If you require services beyond this scope, I may quote you a flat fee or hourly rate separately.

3. Billing and Cancellation

  • Your subscription is $249 per month, billed automatically via Stripe.

  • There is a 3-month minimum commitment.

  • After the 3rd month, you may cancel at any time from your billing dashboard or by emailing evan@belllaw.co.

  • No refunds will be issued for partial months.

  • If your payment fails and is not updated within 5 days, services may be paused or terminated.

4. Attorney-Client Relationship

Subscribing to this plan establishes an attorney-client relationship only after payment is received and you receive written confirmation of onboarding. I reserve the right to decline or refund a subscription if there is a conflict of interest or if I believe your needs are outside the scope of this service.

All communications are confidential under Arkansas attorney-client privilege laws.

5. Communication & Turnaround

  • I aim to respond to all client messages within 1–2 business days.

  • Services are provided by phone, email, or secure client portal.

  • This service is designed for day-to-day business support — not emergencies or same-day legal filings.

6. Modifications to the Plan

Bell Law Co. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service or the scope of the plan with 30 days’ written notice to subscribers. You will have the option to cancel before any changes take effect.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with Arkansas legal ethics rules and laws.
